Inter-Library Loans

Inter-Library Loan requests will be processed in the order in which they are received. Please use this service for those situations where you cannot easily borrow the book from one of near by SEPTLA libraries (see Other Local Libraries).

The sending library determines any fees associated with the service and the length of lending time. Part of the total lending time is mail delivery both from and to the sending library. You, the borrower, will be responsible for any associated fees (although we will make every effort to fulfill your request at minimal to no cost). You will also be responsible to return the book here to Calvary in time to ensure its return to the sending library. This date will be indicated by your "due date." This is the date the materials must be returned to Calvary's library.

The Inter-Library Loan limit is five items at any one time per borrower. Most requested materials will arrive within 10 days of the request, however there are times when this is longer. We will notify you via email or phone when your materials have arrived. You can then pick them up here and return them here at the specified due date.

The Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order, if it is judged by the Library staff that fulfilling the order would involve violation of copyright law.

Fines

Overdue book fines are 25ยข per day excluding one day of grace and Sundays. The replacement fee for a lost/damaged book will be the cost of the book + $20.00. No items may be checked out if there are overdue items or unpaid fines.
