Jared & Rebekah desire to be actively involved in the establishment of local indigenous churches and the strengthening of believers throughout the country of France. They plan to move to the city of Rouen (population 500,000) in the region of Normandy, work with veteran missionaries Kim & Lori Fox, and establish a new church work on the university side of the city (26,000 students) with a concentration on college & career age. They also desire to train nationals for leadership through module teaching in Bible Institutes/Seminaries.
