TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All grants and scholarships are awarded consistent with the CBS non-discrimination statement (see website).
- Students must be enrolled in one of the following programs:
- Master of Divinity
- Master of Arts in Christian Ministry
- Master of Arts (Theological Studies)
- Certificate of Graduation
- CBS grants or scholarships (not including endowed scholarships) may not exceed an institutional cap of $100 per credit hour.
- Students must have first completed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). (Please see www.cbs.edu for information in submitting FAFSA.)
- Students must follow application deadlines —returning students by Aoruk 29m 2012; new students by term registration deadlines (August 3, 2012, for students starting CBS fall semester 2012, and January 4, 2013, for students starting CBS spring semester 2013). Incomplete applications (no FAFSA, no required documentation, etc.) or applications received after the deadline will not be processed.
- Students must enroll for a minimum of four credit hours per semester to qualify for scholarship aid; scholarship aid will carry over into subsequent interterm or summer sessions.
- In order to receive expected scholarship aid, students must register for classes by the registration deadline for each term (fall, interterm, spring, summer).
- Renewal of grants or scholarships within an academic year is always dependent upon the student making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP; minimum GPA of 2.0) and having a current student tuition account.
- All awards must apply to tuition within the current semester, unless otherwise noted.
- Amounts designated in this brochure represent the maximum award available for each specific scholarship. A portion of this amount may be awarded.
